Eudora Hazelwood, Hazel Fowler, Ruth Ann Sims, Thelma Hooser, Wesley
Burke, Eva Lee Smith, Wilts Burke (Wesley's twin brother) , Ruby Fowler,
Wesley Wiley, Joy Shockley, Jack Stockton, Mr. V. E. Woods.
Background is probably the Gym, and fits in with the background on other
'35-36 group pictures. The eighth grade was with the high school this
year as it had been in the past. Thus Mr. Ayers (English) and
Mr. Woods (most other subjects) would have been principal teachers). Lorena
has suggested 8'th or 9'th. If as appears, it was part of the standard
group photograph sequence for '35-36, it is the eighth grade
with several absent. Note that Wesley Wiley who was reported as 6'
2" tall in his senior high school year is shorter than Mr. Woods who I think
was less that 5' 8".
